Randy Rosenblum Leads Litigation Against Big Tobacco Resulting in $1 Billion in Damages for Lung Cancer Victim

Attorney Randy Rosenblum led the litigation against Big Tobacco company Philip Morris for the estate of Barbara Ellen Fontaine who died of lung cancer in January 2017, after smoking Parliament cigarettes for 40 years. The trial resulted in a jury award of $1,000,000,000 in punitive damages and $8,140,000 in compensatory damages. Jurors found against Philip Morris including on negligent design, breach of warranty, fraud and conspiracy claims.
