Navia focuses her practice on plaintiff-side personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation, representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. She brings a unique and valuable perspective to her role, having previously represented corporate defendants and insurers in complex, high-exposure litigation matters.
Her prior experience includes handling maritime and civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including matters involving cruise lines and other corporate defendants. She has advised on liability and damages exposure, developed case strategy, and managed litigation from inception through resolution. Her background also includes work on appellate matters and a broad range of complex disputes.
Navia has extensive experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting discovery, preparing witnesses, and negotiating settlements. Her defense background allows her to anticipate opposing strategies and position cases effectively to achieve strong outcomes for her clients.

Navia earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, summa cum laude, from Florida International University Honors College. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
