Dolan Dobrinsky Rosenblum Bluestein, LLP is pleased to announce that partner Eric Bluestein has been recognized by his peers in the 2021 edition of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite Up & Comers” in the area of Civil Trial.
Each year Florida Trend invites all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others. Now in its 18th year, Florida Legal Elite lists the state’s top licensed and practicing attorneys selected by their peers. For 2021, Florida Legal Elite recognized 1,263 honorees representing just over 1% of active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida. Of those, 111 attorneys garnered the most votes in the Up & Comer category for attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited leadership in the law and in their community.
Bluestein concentrates his practice in personal injury, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, premises liability, wrongful death litigation, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation. He has tried numerous cases and obtained verdicts and settlements which have resulted in millions of dollars for his clients.
He is President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (“MDTLA”) and Past President of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he majored in English and minored in Business.
