Eric Bluestein Recognized In The 2024 Edition of The Best Lawyers In America

This year marks the 30th edition as well as receipt of a record-breaking 19,708,289 historical evaluations and 2,839,037 new evaluations from across the United States. These staggering figures resulted in the peer-reviewed recognition of just over 76,000 talented attorneys, representing around 5% of all lawyers in the country across 149 practice areas.

Eric concentrates his practice in personal injury, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, premises liability, wrongful death litigation, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation. He has tried numerous cases and obtained verdicts and settlements which have resulted in millions of dollars for his clients.

He is past president of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (“MDTLA”) and past president of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Eric received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he majored in English and minored in Business.
